Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with our services. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a 6-month No-Growth Refund Policy. This means that if your website’s organic traffic does not increase after 6 months of our SEO services, we will evaluate the data and analytics to determine the cause and if we find that we have not met our obligations, we will refund your payment in full.

To be eligible for the refund, you must meet the following conditions:

1. You must have purchased one of our SEO packages.
2. You must have provided us with access to your website and all necessary information.
3. You must have followed our recommendations and implemented our suggested changes to your website.
4. You must have allowed us at least 6 months to improve your website’s organic traffic.
5. You must provide us with access to your website’s data and analytics to evaluate the performance of our SEO services.

If you meet these conditions and your website’s organic traffic does not increase after 6 months of our SEO services, you can request a refund by emailing us at info@texaswebdevelopment.com. We will evaluate the data and analytics to determine the cause of the issue. If we find that we have not met our obligations, we will refund your payment in full.

Please note that the refund policy does not apply to:

1. Payments made for PPC or social media advertising services.
2. Payments made for website design or development services.
3. Websites that have been penalized by search engines before we started working on them.
4. Websites that have been blacklisted by search engines due to spammy or illegal activities.
5. Websites that have been hacked or compromised during the SEO campaign.

You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or display any content on our website without our prior written permission.
